The tormented souls of deceased Thinking Beings who did not accept their fate are naturally drawn to bodies that once lived. Although their personality and basic instincts remain, as a result of the birth of this artificial life, their memory is lost forever. The result of a Ghost possessing a corpse. When the soul is transferred into that body, it erases its memories and becomes a new immortal being based on its bones. They are seen as irrational maniacs, since being incapable of dying causes their minds to drift easily into madness. They only live at night and sleep during the day, as sunlight completely incapacitates them. They maintain control over every part of the possessed corpse, so the only way to release their souls is by exorcism through bad magic.
