They use their womanly shape with hair made of snakes to attract the gaze of their victims and eat them once transformed. Since they cannot exit their cave, they lay their eggs asexually once they lived 19 years and eat the stone in their surroundings. They can also be crafted with magic to make a good enemy in a dungeon. Once dead, they turn into stone. Cycle of Life.
