Feared and respected by those creatures that do not dwell within his domain, for his will is the most capricious and flexible among the deities. Only sea creatures have the privilege of not being crushed if they fail to receive his mercy. Mortals perceive his image as that of a moon rotating slowly across the sky, giving the illusion of emptying and refilling, inspiring many interpretations and cultures around him. Only Siren and Triton Prophets can predict his behavior. Non-marine prophets can only show respect and humility as land-dwelling creatures.
